Professional firm with a genuine concern for its customers. I called Safemile and asked if they could pick up a truck in Portland and get it to me in Kauai, HI —that’s 650 miles on land, another 2,500 by sea, and three ports of call. Not a single involvement for me (nothing)- their team handled the entire process without issues. I have, in the past, had to deal with shipping companies, and well, it’s just not fun. But they made that process this time painless – Well Done!

My experience with SafeMile Auto Transport was nothing short of spectacular! Great service and communication between staff and myself. The driver they chose was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with my car traveling 3000 miles from point A to point B. They got my car to it’s destination, across country, in a week’s time in perfect condition! Would use SafeMile Auto Transport every time!
Courteous and prompt in picking up and delivering my car. Transmission went out on the car I tow behind my RV while on vacation, and the time frame I gave to Safemile was very short but they met my timeline and kept me informed on progress finding transport for my vehicle. I recommend Safemile for transport of your auto.
Gald we went with Safemile! We received so many calls but after reviewing there reviews and the fact that there in VA (both my husband and myself born and raised) we decided to go with Safemile. Process was quick and they really had a driver available for our pick up on short notice. We received our car on the day stated. A little pass the time but understandable. Will definitely use them again if we move back to the East coast!
Had a very positive experience with Safemile. Joseph was my contact and always responded fast with questions via text. I had a few other transport agencies in mind, although Safemile was a bit more expensive than others they were not sketchy. I took 1 star off because my vehicle delivery got moved to the next morning at 8am but ended up coming around 5pm the next day. I understand that moving a car a cross the country will have it’s hiccups and I am just glad it came! All in all I would use Safemile again for a transport from CTto FL.
